With a lot of focus on general health and body composition these day’s people are finally beginning to realise that what you put in your mouth is significantly correlated to how you feel and the way you look. Realising this people start to “diet” in a specific way to achieve their goal. Individual reasons for dieting will vary from person to person, ranging from dieting for general health to maybe dieting to step on stage at a fitness or bodybuilding show.
